By installing, registering for, or using the Kusari application ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by Ryuta Abe (sole developer, "we", "us") based in Victoria, Australia.
Kusari is a daily English-learning application that uses a forced-commitment subscription model: completing daily exercises ("Daily Steps") accumulates discounts that reduce the next billing cycle's price.
New subscribers receive a 30-day introductory free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the standard price (¥5,000 / month). Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the trial ends, in your Apple ID subscription settings.
The price you pay each renewal depends on how many of the past 30 days had all three Daily Steps completed:
Discounts are applied via Apple Promotional Offers and require an active subscription at the time of renewal. Tier mappings may change with notice.
You may cancel anytime via your Apple ID subscription settings. Refunds for already-charged periods are governed by Apple's refund policy; we do not directly issue refunds. Cancelling stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
You agree not to:
Step 1 (AI Conversation) and Step 2 (Practice) include responses generated by AI models. AI output may contain inaccuracies or unintended phrasing. Use AI-generated content at your own discretion. We do not guarantee perfect accuracy of grammatical corrections or translation suggestions.
All Service content, branding, code, and AI-generated grading logic remain the property of Ryuta Abe / Kusari. Your account-specific content (your written answers, conversation transcripts, learning history) remains yours; you grant us a license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or will result in measurable English language improvement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us; this also cancels any active subscription at the next renewal.
We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
Kusari アプリ（以下「本サービス」）をインストール、登録、または利用することで、本利用規約（以下「本規約」）に同意したものとみなします。同意いただけない場合、本サービスをご利用いただけません。
本サービスは、阿部竜太（個人開発者・以下「当方」）が豪州ヴィクトリア州にて運営します。
Kusari は強制力型サブスクリプションモデルを採用した日次英語学習アプリです。毎日の3ステップ（以下「デイリーステップ」）を達成すると、翌請求サイクルの料金が累進的に割引されます。
新規登録ユーザーには30日間の無料体験を提供します。体験終了前にキャンセルしない場合、通常料金（¥5,000/月）が請求されます。キャンセルは体験終了の24時間前までに、Apple ID のサブスクリプション設定から行ってください。
各更新時の料金は、過去30日間のうちデイリーステップを完了した日数により決定します:
割引は Apple Promotional Offers を介して適用され、更新時にサブスクリプションが有効である必要があります。階層構成は通知のうえ変更する場合があります。
解約は Apple ID のサブスクリプション設定からいつでも可能です。請求済み期間の返金は Apple の返金ポリシーに従い、当方からは直接返金しません。解約は次回更新を停止しますが、当該期間分は返金されません。
当方は本規約に基づき、限定的・非独占的・譲渡不可・取消可能なライセンスを、ユーザーの個人的・非商業的利用のために付与します。
Step 1（AI会話）および Step 2（瞬間英作文）には AI モデルが生成する応答が含まれます。AI出力には不正確な内容や意図しない表現が含まれる可能性があります。AIの採点・添削は完全な精度を保証するものではありません。ご利用は自己判断にてお願いします。
本サービスのコンテンツ・ブランド・コード・AI採点ロジックは阿部竜太/Kusariに帰属します。ユーザー固有のコンテンツ（回答、会話記録、学習履歴）はユーザーに帰属し、本サービス提供目的で当方に処理ライセンスを許諾するものとします。
本サービスは「現状のまま」「利用可能な範囲で」提供され、明示・黙示の保証はありません。本サービスが中断なく動作すること、英語力向上を保証するものではありません。
適用法令の許す最大限において、本サービスに関する当方の総責任額は、請求発生前12ヶ月にユーザーが当方に支払った金額を超えないものとします。間接的・付随的・結果的・懲罰的損害について当方は責任を負いません。
本規約違反があった場合、アカウントを停止または終了する場合があります。ユーザーは当方への連絡によりいつでもアカウントを終了できます。これにより次回更新時に有効サブスクリプションも解約されます。
本規約は変更する場合があります。重要な変更は施行日の14日以上前にメールまたはアプリ内通知でお知らせします。施行日以降の継続利用は同意とみなします。
本規約は豪州ヴィクトリア州法に準拠し、紛争はヴィクトリア州裁判所の専属管轄に服します。
